Why does running feel sooooooooo good?

Endorphins.
Time outside.
Time alone.
Moving the bod.
Doing something.
Relieving stress.
Burning calories.
Accomplishing a goal.
Listening to a good teaching.
Time with God.

Why would I ever miss a run?

Lazy.
Busy.
Mopey.
No time.
No motivation.
No energy.

I like list number one better!
